# What's the Difference Between "Hide from Archive" and Public Newsletters?

Both _Hide from archive_ and _Public_ newsletters are published and sent to the intended audience.

The key difference lies in their visibility on the Archive page:

- **Public newsletters** appear on the Archive page for everyone to see.
- **Hide from archive newsletters** are excluded from the Archive page.

If you want to change the visibility of a published newsletter on the Archive page, you can do so by toggling the _Hide from archive_ option in the newsletter list.

Below is an example of a newsletter marked as _Hide from archive_. Notice the icon  next to the newsletter title indicating its hidden status.
