What Permissions Does the Channel Administrator Have?

Understanding the Features and Limits of a Channel Administrator

Channel Administrators have access to everything within the channel(s) they’re assigned to, including newsletters, audience, automations, and settings. However, they cannot access organization-level settings like global reports or adding team members across channels.

When attempting to access the organization, you will receive an error message.

Within the channel, they will see Dashboard, Audience, Newsletters, Reports, and Settings.

What Can They Access?

Channel Administrators can view and manage the following sections within their assigned channel(s):


Dashboard Access

Shows the last 30 days of audience growth for the assigned channel.


Audience Access

Channel Admins can fully manage contacts and audience organization.

Includes access to:


Newsletters Access

Full access to newsletter creation, automation, and content curation.

Sections available:


Channel Settings Access

Channel Admins can configure all channel-level settings (but not org-level settings).
